Damages & Shortages: 

Please inspect and count all cartons immediately upon receipt.
Any freight-related damage or shortages must be noted on the Bill of Lading before signing, so you can promptly file a claim with the carrier.
If the damage or shortage is not freight-related, kindly notify our Sales Department. We will take the appropriate steps to resolve the issue.

Cancelling an Order : 
Orders placed online that have not yet shipped may be cancelled at any time.

RETURNS:
If you have a valid reason to return merchandise, please email our Sales Department at: [email protected] within 7 days of receipt to request an RA Number.
Unauthorized returns (without an RA Number) will not be credited.

We are proud to report that our return volume is currently zero.

Please NOTE that a restocking fee and return freight charges may apply to unjustified returns.

SHIPPING:
Try-On Socks are serviceable items designed primarily for use in places of business such as Retail Shoe Stores.
By default, on-line Orders are intended to be shipped to commercial addresses. 
Additional freight charges may apply when shipping to a residential address and/or a remote geographic location.

We would like to point out that our products' images may not precisely reflect the actual color, length, or width of the item.
Try on Socks are not recommended for daily household wear.
